Recent projects include the Pacific Plaza at Torrey Hills located at the Interstate 5/805 merge, leased to credits tenants Qualcomm and Cisco, and Del Mar Corporate Plaza, a project that Coast acquired and rehabilitated, located on High Bluff Drive in Del Mar Heights.
