Dan Curran joined Coast Income Properties, Inc. to work with the company’s founder, Tom Blake, in the acquisition and development of properties throughout Southern California. In addition to his development role, Mr. Curran is engaged in all phases of Coast’s internal business operations, and is involved in all purchasing, financing, leasing, and sales transactions. Mr. Curran also actively participates in the land use and entitlement processes necessary to obtain development approvals for Coast’s projects. 

Prior to joining Coast, Mr. Curran was a private-practice real estate attorney. In private practice, Mr. Curran represented Coast and other developers and investors in the purchase, sale, leasing, and financing of property; the assemblage of development syndicates; and in all other matters related to real property transactions. Mr. Curran also has practical familiarity with 1031 exchanges, tenant-in-common arrangements, and other tax structures used in the real estate industry.
